EXODATA designs, builds, and runs focused B2B SaaS products for regulated, operationally-heavy industries. No client work, no dev-shop contracts — we ship our own products and support them ourselves, for as long as they're in production.
Based in Romania · building for ISPs and WISPs across the world
Every product starts from the same four rules — that's deliberate, not incidental.
We pick a single job that's badly served by spreadsheets and legacy tools, then build only that — completely, instead of half of ten things.
Every feature traces back to a conversation with someone who runs the workflow day to day — not a roadmap decided in a vacuum.
The same small team designs, builds, ships, and supports each product. No handoff to an outside agency once it's live.
WISP coverage, FCC pole-attachment deadlines, EU grant administration — nobody's excited about these until a deadline is missed.
Both designed and run in-house, both replacing a workflow their industry still tracks in spreadsheets.
Turns a wireless ISP's own website into a qualified-lead engine. A visitor checks their address, gets a line-of-sight-validated coverage answer, and the ISP gets the lead — with a full coverage map and regulatory export behind it.
Tracks every pole-attachment application, FCC shot-clock deadline, and make-ready dollar across every utility an attacher-side ISP works with — built for the attacher's side of the desk, not the utility's.
Built for organizations administering EU minimis grants — not on the market today, but part of how we got here.
POCU / minimis grant management software — tracked applicant compliance, disbursements, and reporting for organizations running EU-funded minimis grant programs and projects.
A business-plan development and evaluation platform for minimis grant administrators: candidates drafted and submitted their business plan, evaluators scored and ranked submissions to decide who received funding.
EXODATA is based in Romania, in the European Union. We design, build, and run our own products — we don't take on client work or build to someone else's spec. That means every product above stays maintained and supported by the same team that shipped it, for as long as it's in production.
Both products are hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany), even though most customers are in the US, Canada, and the UK.
Whether it's about GridVisio, PoleDocket, or something we haven't built yet.
