Software company · Romania, EU

Innovative, professional-grade software built for professionals.

EXODATA designs, builds, and runs focused B2B SaaS products for regulated, operationally-heavy industries. No client work, no dev-shop contracts — we ship our own products and support them ourselves, for as long as they're in production.

How we work

Narrow tools, built by people who ship them.

Every product starts from the same four rules — that's deliberate, not incidental.

01

One workflow, not a suite

We pick a single job that's badly served by spreadsheets and legacy tools, then build only that — completely, instead of half of ten things.

02

Built for real operators

Every feature traces back to a conversation with someone who runs the workflow day to day — not a roadmap decided in a vacuum.

03

We own it end to end

The same small team designs, builds, ships, and supports each product. No handoff to an outside agency once it's live.

04

Unglamorous, high-stakes

WISP coverage, FCC pole-attachment deadlines, EU grant administration — nobody's excited about these until a deadline is missed.

Live products

Two products, two regulated industries.

Both designed and run in-house, both replacing a workflow their industry still tracks in spreadsheets.

GridVisio logo
Live · gridvisio.com

GridVisio

Turns a wireless ISP's own website into a qualified-lead engine. A visitor checks their address, gets a line-of-sight-validated coverage answer, and the ISP gets the lead — with a full coverage map and regulatory export behind it.

  • Address-level coverage & line-of-sight validation
  • Embeddable serviceability widget with lead capture
  • BDC/BEAD-ready compliance export, no per-record fees

Live · poledocket.com

PoleDocket

Tracks every pole-attachment application, FCC shot-clock deadline, and make-ready dollar across every utility an attacher-side ISP works with — built for the attacher's side of the desk, not the utility's.

  • Automated FCC §1.1411 shot-clock deadline engine
  • Make-ready estimate-vs-invoice ledger, per pole
  • Pole map & Kanban pipeline across every utility

Earlier work

Two platforms that came before.

Built for organizations administering EU minimis grants — not on the market today, but part of how we got here.

Past project

Fluxpro

POCU / minimis grant management software — tracked applicant compliance, disbursements, and reporting for organizations running EU-funded minimis grant programs and projects.

Past project

BPlan

A business-plan development and evaluation platform for minimis grant administrators: candidates drafted and submitted their business plan, evaluators scored and ranked submissions to decide who received funding.

A small software company, not a dev shop.

EXODATA is based in Romania, in the European Union. We design, build, and run our own products — we don't take on client work or build to someone else's spec. That means every product above stays maintained and supported by the same team that shipped it, for as long as it's in production.

Both products are hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany), even though most customers are in the US, Canada, and the UK.
